I’m Sally, a seamstress putting my sewing skills to stitching a range of handmade gifts from Face masks to Tote Bags and Cushions.
Normally found backstage as theatre seamstress and wardrobe manager. I have worked in the West End and toured the UK and Internationally, which I am hugely grateful for. It has been a fun and exciting career so far with hopefully many more years to come.
Sally Seams was born many a year ago, inspired by watching my Nana’s needlework and my love of putting together costumes for school plays. I have always been sewing so naturally making my own buisness was the next step, clothes and gift creation and alterations.
Starting in bright and colourful Face Masks my products have devoloped into the education market with subject masks, bags, lanyards and cushions. The products keep develolping with dog bandanas, children clothing, aprons and curtains, I love to put my needle to anything new.
It brings me joy and hopefully it does for you too. Sally x
