Being someone who lives with chronic kidney disease, it is sometimes difficult to juggle what life throws at you. Since diagnosis in 2016 I have been trying to promote and normalise those (including myself) who battle kidney disease everyday and will continue to for the rest of their lives.
There is currently no cure for chronic kidney disease, only medications, dialysis, kidney transplants and in some unfortunate cases, death.
It would mean the world to me if you could support my YouTube channel (Jasmine’s Journey) and Instagram (Jasmine Shen) where I vlog/post about my life with kidney disease, promote many great kidney disease charities worldwide and try and support as many people with kidney disease by being as open as I can about my own experiences with kidney disease.
