I offer weekly online group and private one-on-one classes in Yin Yoga – Yin is an incredible practice to help still the mind, reconnect to the breath, clear energetic blockages, and improve circulation in the physical body. Through long-held, supported asanas we work on becoming the natural observer of our physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Or, if you prefer the science over the spiritual, these deep, supported poses help to train our sympathetic nervous systems and stretch the deep interconnective tissue, fascia, to promote healthy blood flow and circulation – a win-win no matter what you believe in.
Through my classes, you will be provided with a safe, non-judgmental, physical and spiritual experience, aimed at giving you time away from the noise and space to reconnect to the self – to what is true. I am a certified Yin Yoga teacher and instructor having trained with the Yoga Alliance recognized Arhanta Yoga Ashram India, 50 hour Yin Yoga YTT, so you can be sure that you’re in safe hands.
